Development

There are currently six units that we have developed, all properties have executive style homes and are found in the Springfield, Tiptree area. Each property has a generous living space and consideration has been taken during the construction of the houses to ensure that there houses are energy efficient. Each of the properties have a category B energy rating and there are opportunities for the purchaser to have some input with a choice of finish for the bathroom and kitchen.

The executive style homes consists of four family homes, with either four or five bedrooms, and two bungalows, with either three or four bedrooms. These developments are located in the west side of Tiptree. Tiptree is found roughly in the middle between Colchester and Chelmsford, with travel either way available by bus or by train from the nearby train station at Kelvedon. Each property has the option for installing an air heat pump and battery packs that will save you solar power throughout the day. Each property is fitted with an A rated gas fired central heating boiler with Wi-Fi operation, there is underfloor heating available on the ground floor with radiators on the first floor, additionally there there are fireplaces with hearths and wood burning provision if they are required.

Each property comes with a ten year long LABC Warranty, Local Authority Building Control, that provides complete peace of mind for new owners. LABC Warranty works with LABC in England and Wales to provide new home and structural warranties. They work together to provide complete support for structural warranty and building control needs. LABC issues a range of warranties including residential and commercial building and social and self-build housing. All LABC Warranty policies are underwritten by “A” rated global insurers, ensuring that you are fully protected throughout your policy.
